Manny Rocha brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to real estate, grounded in integrity, communication, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals. As a Realtor® serving Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding Suncoast communities, Manny is committed to making the buying and selling process as seamless, informed, and positive as possible.
Before entering real estate, Manny worked as a high school Spanish teacher. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management and also holds a K–12 Spanish teaching certificate. His background in education taught him the importance of patience, active listening, clear communication, multitasking, and resilience—all skills he now brings to his real estate career. Manny also has previous real estate experience in Texas, giving him a strong foundation for serving today’s buyers and sellers.
Manny specializes in Lakewood Ranch and surrounding communities, with a particular interest in resale and new construction properties. He understands that purchasing or selling a home is often one of the largest financial and personal decisions a person will make, and he believes clients deserve an agent who combines market knowledge with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
Transparency and honesty are at the heart of Manny’s business. He takes pride in standing by his word, communicating openly, and always putting his clients’ best interests first. A strong work ethic and determination drive him to go above and beyond to help ensure every detail is handled with care.
Outside of real estate, Manny enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their two daughters, Bella and Valentina. He enjoys pickleball, working out, salsa dancing, reading, and yoga, but most of all, he values time with family and friends. One of his favorite things about the Lakewood Ranch area is its welcoming community, where people from across the United States and Canada come together and build meaningful connections.
